About Me

I have long been inspired by the rejected and discarded, obsolete cameras and orphaned snapshots, damaged film and disposable culture — the things that long ago outlived their usefulness (or maybe never had any to begin with). To make something new from our cultural detritus — be it whimsical, beautiful, or purely frivolous — gives me pleasure and maybe a little hope that one day God will do that for me.
